Are you for dogs?
We are for kids and their families. No dogs here except for our spokesdog who comes in for appearances every once in a while.
What is your age limit?
Our max age for jumpers is 12 years old. The only exception is for parents playing with their little ones in our little pup play time session.
What is the weight limit on your inflatables?
The weight limit varies by unit but they are all designed for max individual weight of 200 pounds.
What about germs?
We do all our cleaning using a sanitizing cleaner to kill any germs. We spend a lot of time cleaning our facility. We clean the high traffic areas of our bounces hourly with deeper daily cleanings and weekly deep scrubs to keep our play area clean
Do you do parties?
We do the best parties in all of Ashtabula. We have packages for all party sizes and budgets.
Do you do rentals?
We absolutely do rentals. In addition to our indoor facility we rent inflatables so that you can bring our safe, clean, and healthy fun to your home or event.
Does the setup come out of my rental time?
No, setup is done before your scheduled time. The times you book are for the equipment to be on site and set up. We will come out before your event time so that everything is set up and ready at your start time. Then the earliest we will come back to pick up is the end time listed in your reservation.
Do you charge for delivery?
We deliver free to most of Ashtabula and Lake counties and the western parts of Erie and Crawford counties in PA. If you live outside of our free delivery area, we can still deliver for a small fee. Just contact us for a quote.
Where do you deliver to?
We deliver to Ashtabula, Lake , Cuyahoga, and Geuaga counties in Ohio and Erie, Crawford, Mercer, and Warren counties in Pennsylvania. Why are you so cheap?
This question is a bit of an opportunity to brag. We are the only local rental service between Erie and Cleveland. Delivery expense goes up fast with distance. The other operators incur a lot of expense delivering from so far away. Since we are local we can rent for a lower price.
